Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the simple agreement between you and SNUGG when you use this website or book a couch. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. We have kept them plain and friendly.

Bookings

• A booking request through the form is a reservation, confirmed once we reply.
• Please arrive on time so the whole couch can enjoy the full session.
• If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to help.
• We may release a reserved couch after a reasonable wait if no one arrives.

Rates and payment

Rates for each zone and any packages are shown on our home page and are payable at the venue. Prices may change over time, but the rate confirmed for your booking is the rate we will honour for that visit.

Using the lounge

• Treat the sofas, controllers, screens, and blankets with care so the next guests find them just as cozy.
• Be considerate of other players sharing the space.
• Follow reasonable requests from our team, who are there to keep the evening comfortable and safe.
• You are responsible for any deliberate damage caused during your visit.

The game library

Our library is offered for on-site entertainment only. Available titles change from time to time, and we cannot guarantee that a specific game will always be on the shelf. Ask the front desk and we will suggest something that fits your night.

Entertainment only

Games at SNUGG are for fun. Any tournaments, ladders, or scores are for friendly bragging rights, with no cash prizes and no wagering of any kind. Entertainment only — not a gambling venue.

Conduct

We want SNUGG to feel welcoming for everyone. Behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, or unkind to other guests or staff may end a session without refund. We would much rather everyone simply has a good time.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the lounge running smoothly, but we provide the space and equipment "as is" and cannot promise the site or every game will always be available without interruption. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the value of the booking concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the lounge grows. The current version will always live on this page, with the date above kept up to date.
